RAVAGESOFT / WEBSITE INFORMATION
Website terms & conditions
The purpose of this website, how its tools may be used and how a project engagement is agreed.
Version 2026-10-28 · Updated 28 October 2026
About this website
Ravagesoft is a registered business name of SEL-MAC ENTERPRISES PTY LTD (ABN 22 107 387 682; ACN 107 387 682), based in Brisbane, Australia. This website introduces software development and maintenance services and lets you explore examples or make an enquiry. Contact us at dale@ravagesoft.com with questions.
This website is not an online shop, a payment service or a client production system. These website terms apply in the context of an Australian business operating in Queensland. They do not impose exclusive jurisdiction or displace consumer rights that apply elsewhere.
Enquiries and paid work
Submitting an enquiry, exploring a demonstration or receiving an AI concept does not place an order, create a paid engagement or guarantee availability, pricing or delivery dates. There is no charge for using these website tools.
Before starting paid work, we will agree on the engagement in a separate written proposal or service agreement. It should identify the contracting parties, scope, deliverables, fees and taxes, payment milestones, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, changes, intellectual property, third-party costs, support, termination and dispute handling.
Our rates and billing terms explain standard hourly charges, minimums, project pricing and approval of additional work.
These website terms do not replace an agreed client contract. Descriptions of possible services are not a promise that every platform, integration or requirement is suitable for a particular project.
Interactive examples
The working example uses fictional data to demonstrate a possible workflow. Changes remain in the page and reset when it is reloaded. No service visit is booked, customer record updated or external message sent. It is an example built for this website, not a client case study or evidence of a delivered client project.
AI-generated concepts
Prepared examples are labelled. Live results are generated using Cloudflare Workers AI and Meta Llama 3.3. AI can make mistakes, omit requirements or produce similar material for different people. A concept is a starting point for discussion, not a quote, implementation plan, security assessment or professional legal, financial or medical advice.
Check the facts, feasibility, rights and risks with a qualified person before relying on or implementing a suggestion. The tool does not access your files, business systems or customer records and cannot approve work or take external actions. It does not guarantee exclusive ownership or non-infringement of generated material.
Use only information you are entitled to provide. Do not enter personal, sensitive or confidential information. The privacy policy explains processing and the optional transfer to an enquiry. AI attribution and model licence information are provided separately.
Information you submit
You retain any rights you hold in your enquiry and project material. Submitting an enquiry allows it to be handled for responding to you and discussing the proposed work as described in the privacy policy. It does not transfer your intellectual property to Ravagesoft or authorise marketing subscriptions or publication of your idea.
An initial enquiry form is not a confidential document-transfer service and does not itself establish a non-disclosure agreement. Agree a suitable channel and any confidentiality agreement before providing trade secrets, credentials or confidential client material. This does not exclude any confidentiality or privacy duties that already apply by law.
Responsible use
Do not use the site for unlawful activity, harassment, malicious code, spam or unauthorised access. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, spending controls or private workspace restrictions. Testing that could affect the service requires prior agreement. If you find a security concern, email us with a description that avoids exposing other people’s data.
Website content and third-party rights
Website content, software, fonts and branding may be protected by copyright and other rights. You may view the site and use its intended interactive features. Other reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless a statutory exception or an applicable licence permits it. Third-party licences and notices remain applicable; see Copyright & licences.
Accuracy, availability and external links
Website information may change and the tools may be unavailable during maintenance, faults or usage limits. We take reasonable care with the information presented, but an example or AI response cannot establish what will work for your project. External links are provided for reference; their operators control their content and privacy practices. A link does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or another law where that cannot lawfully be done. This includes rights relating to services supplied with due care and skill, fitness for a disclosed purpose and a reasonable time for supply where applicable.
Liability and remedies are determined under applicable law and any valid, separately agreed client contract. Making an enquiry does not waive your legal rights.
Concerns and changes
If something is wrong, contact dale@ravagesoft.com with the relevant details so we can investigate. Privacy concerns are addressed in the privacy policy. Contacting us does not prevent you from using a legal remedy or contacting a regulator.
The version and update date appear above. Future website terms do not retrospectively change an agreed client engagement or remove rights arising before the change. Substantive project changes require agreement through the client engagement process.
